Returns & Exchanges

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our standard Return/Exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include; Sale Goods, Swimwear, Underwear and Footwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

THE PROCESS:

To start the process, send an email to axleclothing.info@gmail.com with the details of the product you are returning together with your original purchase order, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If the reason for the return/exchange was due to our mistake, we will cover the cost of transport. If not, transport and any additional costs will need to be covered and arranged by you.

If an exchange is approved, we will do our best to replace the product as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the progress via email. The time it takes for the item to be returned will depend on stock availability and where the item needs to be delivered to. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

If you would prefer a Refund (subject to approval) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time taken to complete such a transaction will depend on the transaction type and the banks involved. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
